Franchise Business Review created the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards to pay tribute to franchise companies that are “doing it right” — putting their franchisees first. This is the 4th annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards presented by Franchise Business Review and Critter Control ranked #24 in the Top 50 review of franchise systems, having 50 – 200 units. Franchise Business Review has surveyed over 400 leading franchise systems, representing nearly 100,000 franchisees.
Critter Control has also been Franchise 500 Ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine since 1998. Prominently regarded as; a Best of the Best Franchises in America, Critter Control has ranked Number 1 in Category in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008.
