Dear Mike,     I am writing to thank you and the staff at Critter Control for the incredible job you did in protecting my house from squirrels.  We have had squirrels living in our attic and walls off and on for six years.  I have twice used other companies to expel the squirrels already in the house in a humane way and to keep other squirrels from coming in.  Both times, the companies failed on both accounts.  Needless to say, I was hesitant about calling someone else again.     However, when I realized that we had a "family" of squirrels living in the atttic, I called for your help.  You worked over a period of two months to safely expel the squirrel family so that the animals would not be injured, compromised or killed. You then protected every possible entry so that we would not have this problem again.     I cannot thank you enough for listening to me and  working out a solution for all parties involved.  You truly care about your customers needs, and I appreciate you being sensitive to the animals' welfare in addition to helping us.  I have and will recommend Critter Control to all of my friends and neighbors.
